This should take up to 26 minutes. We will need to know information about your revalidation, professional indemnity, appraisals and other professional information. All are covered in our application form which is quick and easy to complete.

This should take up to 5 minutes. Please ensure you have the below documents to hand before completing this form:
- National Insurance number
- Limited company details

Background checks
The final stage in our three-part compliance process is to complete our background (DBS) checks. You will be issued a link to our eBulk partner to complete this check. After successfully completing this you will be able to take advantage of joining Key Medical Services.
